It is used by millions of individuals and businesses, including WalMart, OfficeDepot, ToysRUs, eBAY, BestBuy, FTD and Amazon.com. This service is free to the customer.
You do not need to open a PayPal account to make a payment using a credit card. If you have a PayPal account you may pay by eCheck. Clients without a PayPal account, or those with an unverified account, are limited to payments totaling $2,000. After verification of a PayPal account there is no payment limit.
