| Included in the Service: CAE will call your messaging system up to three times in an attempt to retrieve your message over a clear and hum free line. CAE will simultaneously record an unfiltered (original) and a filtered version of your message using CAE's proprietary line hum filter. This will assure a recording that is clear and free of typical telephone line hum. Both versions will be supplied to you on the same CD. This service is usually completed and shipped to you within 24 hours of your request. (Monday - Friday, weekends and holidays excepted) The cost includes shipping by either USPS surface mail (3-5 day delivery) or FedEx Priority Overnight and 1 CD. Additional CD's available for $5.00 each. See below. A shipping notification e-mail will be sent to you, including FedEx tracking number if you choose that option. If CAE is not able to satisfactorily retrieve your message CAE will refund all of your payment. Not Included in the Service: It is assumed the recording is intelligible. No forensic procedures are included in this service other than line hum removal. If additional enhancement is required you must contact CAE and make additional arrangements. It is assumed the message is not more than 5 minutes in length. Messages over 5 minutes require an additional per minute charge. See below. This service is available only for domestic USA calls. International service not available. |

| How to proceed: First, you must pay on-line by credit card. CAE uses PayPal Web Accept for on-line transactions. For more information regarding PayPal CLICK HERE. After completing payment you will be sent an e-mail receipt for your order and returned to a form page (click the "continue" link when payment is complete to access the form page) where you will fill out the required information to access your message service and to ship the CD to you.
