All fees are subject to the laws of the State of New Mexico. Client is responsible for all collection costs, including but not limited to, court costs and attorney fees.
Computer Audio Engineering retains all work product copyright rights until all fees are paid in full. The physical end work product, or any intellectual information derived from the physical work product, may not be used for any purpose whatsoever without the prior permission of Computer Audio Engineering. Payment of a retainer does not entitle client the free use of the end product. Upon payment in full all rights are transferred to the client. All rights are subject to the laws of The United States of America, the State of New Mexico and international copyright law.
